Troy Colby-President

With seventeen years construction experience, including twelve years as a top level executive, Troy Colby brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the leadership of CPC Asphalt.  Troy has done everything from payroll and accounting functions, to bidding and managing construction projects.  He also ensures that CPC Asphalt has all the tools necessary to live up the standards set forth by the customer.  Troy Colby holds a B.S. from Arizona State University with majors in Aeronautical Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Criminal Justice.  He is a member of the Concrete Drilling & Sawing Association as well as the American Society of Concrete Contractors.

Travis Power- Manager and Senior Estimator

Travis Power has eight years of Asphalt Maintenance industry experience, including several years as a project manager for the largest parking lot construction and maintenance company in Arizona.  He has personally managed jobs of high profile including crack sealing, seal coating, and re-striping over one million square feet of prime retail parking in a span of two weeks.  Travis also managed a complete rehabilitation of the Nissan Testing Facilities high speed oval and skid pad. Additionally he has worked as a distributor representative and demonstration operator for the top selling brand of commercial asphalt paving machines in the United States.  Travis knows that attention to detail is important, and personally ensures each job is performed to the highest standards.
